Payment Policy & Indemnity

  • Fees are payable in advance on or before the 2nd of each and every month (January to December) as a creche has no school holidays. One calender month notice is required for child withdrawal from the preschool.NO WITHDRAWAL NOTICE WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE MONT OF NOVEMBER.
  • School fees is payable by NO LATER than the 2nd of each month.
  • To pay full amount of fees in December or during Primary school holidays even if I decide to let my child stay at home. I understand that the school fees contribution to the monthly teacher's salary.
  • At the end of September and October payments is as follows respectively: 1. Under 2 years:R1000+R500=R1500.00 2. 2years to 6years: R900+R450=R1350.00 This way will enable December Payments to be covered.
  • If school fees is not paid by the 7th of the month, your child will be returned hoome until school fees is paid.
  • If an agreement or communication has been made with the school by the 15th your child will be deregistred and you will be handed over to our attorneys, wefre you will pay fees owed including attorney charges.
  • We do not accept cheque payments.
  • Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any queries as we would like to keep you happy and satisfied with your child/ren's treatment and services rendered to you.
  • I indemnify Malibongwe Day Care and Pre-school against all losses or injuries that may be incurred to my child in the course of Malibongwe Day Care Pre-School and or its authorities will take full precaution to ensure the necessary safety of my child.
